We are looking for for a CAD Draughtsperson for a permanent position in Hull.
Salary is between £32,000 and £35,000 per annum.
The primary design package being used is AutoCAD 2D. Our client also use Advance Steel for steelwork detailing, experience with this or any other 3D detailing programs would be advantageous and our client would potentially be able to allow the successful candidate to use their choice of software.
Experience with structural/architectural steelwork and fabrication drawings would be required for the role.
You will work on projects from start to finish including carrying out site surveys, preparing engineering drawings, following through with the manufacturing team etc.
You will be working with other departments to make sure the final product exceeds customers' expectations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for general office responsibilities, ie. project estimation, liaising with clients, site measuring/surveys - training will be given in house if required.
